Q: Something went wrong when I was updating and I’m missing new scripts/images. How do I get them without uninstalling?

A: Look at our Updates Archive and scroll down to the bottom for the update matching your DevPro version. If you are missing older card images, check here and download the file named pics.zip.

Q: What do I do if I’m having problems with the installer?

A: Try using the Zip/Portable version and pick a download mirror. The DevPro installer works for most people, but not for everyone. Those trying to install DevPro on a non-Windows Operating System should be using the portable/zip download instead.

Q: Why is my game crashing when I side during a match, use the Deck Editor, or spectate games?

A: Some users have configurations on their systems that cause graphic conflicts with YGOPro. Disabling DirectX (bottom right of the DevPro client under Settings) normally resolves this issue. If this doesn’t help or DirectX is already disabled, you may be missing files in your YGOPro DevPro folder. In that case, get in touch with a Mod for further assistance.
